New Residence

Andus has completed nine new-house designs. The most recent of them is a retirement house nestled into a hillside in the Sierras. The design was based on the clients dreams and sketches. It is a large house with high, exposed beam ceilings, a farm-house style kitchen, and a huge shop area below the main floor. The natural wood siding and standing seam roof blend in well for the area.
